Under a tree drooping with berries
Sat a boy and a girl
chuckles and giggles
from mouths full of blue berries.
Splashing in a pond of delight
Swim a boy and a girl
Waterfalls cascading from the rocks up above
Capturing moments from the heat of the day.
In a playground filled with sun
Play a boy and a girl
Swinging, dancing and running
Until suppertime is a calling.
Snuggled side by side in their little beds
Sleep a boy and a girl
Tucked safely under their bed covers
Behold dreamland awaits.
