Your Poetry Dot Com - Where'd You Go?

I meet with you every night in dreams of mine
And all day I think of you to help past the time
I wish I could open up my eye's and you'd still be there
Like that night we fell asleep sideways unaware
It would become one of our best memories together
I want so much more, you back would make things better
I feel bad telling you I miss you every time we talk
I think I get repetitive and I've got the point across
But I guess deep inside I'm hoping you'll come home
And I want you to know I still feel same, just alone
Seeing you brought feelings I hadn't expected
You seem so happy by yourself unless you just pretended
I guess I'm better off forgetting about you
Stop looking at old pictures and messages too
This stupid heart of mine has been broken again
I swore it couldn't happen after last years pain
I guess I fell in love cause I believed in you
I believed we could be together, I never thought you'd move
Now I'm left alone again searching for my soul
You were in my dreams but now where'd you go?
