You told me that you cared
If it wasn’t for you that very night
I would have carried out the suicide I had prepared
I had taken a yellow jacket to pep me up as I hung out with my friends
But it only brought me closer to my almost end
I got sadder and sadder,
My friends made me madder and madder
I wrote my suicide note all-nice and neat
Then I got out the p.p.a.
I had just enough left
To make me pass away
But it was you that made me think
About the people I would hurt
I put the pills back in the bottle
And pretended like it never occurred
I thank you linny, ill think next time before I try it again
I thank you linny, you saved my life
I’m glad you’re my friend

Thank you Linny you saved my life
You told me that you cared
If it wasn’t for you that very night
