pieces of the past that fit into my memories

while i sleep i remember
while i sleep i dream
of the things that haunt my memories
of the pieces i am missing
when i wake i see images
broken images
of the things that i remembered
while i slumbered
but not a one of those
shattered images
makes any since
when im awake

there are things about myself that i dont want to know
