Smoke

Beathing in a smoke that carries mind
off somewhere.
Into the fade of withered roses spattered over
this ancient chair.
Words dancing in my head like a marriotte
in the sky.
Hanging from a lamp post hovering like an obnoxioius fly -
watching people pass by me.
Never thought in a million years one could
get so high.
Okay - stop the motion let me off this ride.
I need to find a place to run away and hide.
