Nothing can compare to this feeling
Not the world; at all
As we dance through life,
Pushing past barriers of society,
You teach me what it takes
To be finally exultant
Are hopes are not crushed; at all
There are those
Who give their blood to ruin us,
They impel their way between us,
But our hands are never parted,
We don’t falter; at all
While we fly through the waves
Of the ocean swaying before us,
You never let go of me,
And I still haven’t let go of you
You never left me; at all
Although we ran from my whole world,
It all was worth it in the end
For you were there,
In front of me, guiding me
Behind me, saving me
Next to me, loving me
And all around me,
Watching me…
Protecting me…
Waiting for me…
And you never left me; at all
