Release Of The Mind

I’m just an average writer, on a good given day,
Yet, that doesn’t stop me from having my say.

There’s so much build-up inside of this mind,
That I’d take any revenue of release that I can find.

Pen and paper are not my best friend,
So I type on the computer, and just push send.

I appreciate every person, who reads my lines,
My tales of love, loss, and life’s finds,

No poet am I, but yet I try,
To express my feelings as life goes by.

So thank you for so graciously lending an ear,
Your friendship to me is so dear.
