Fleeting Sanity

Light falls across
a darken room
leaving an image there
I am not sure
friend or foe
don't really care
Reality is slow
the line thin
mind torn with wear
Pushed to limits
it screams out
is this fair
Years of work
electrons flow
waves are square
Time has come
to leave this
world bare
The last nerve
stepped on
does anybody care
Light falls across
a darken room
I see it there
My fleeting sanity
