I did not want to admit.
I did not want to submit.
Although it was obvious as day light.
And as bright as the full moon in the night.

The one that stole my heart.
Is not the same person beside me on this path.
Nor am I the same.
I too am a very differ man.

Yet my love for you is stronger than ever.
I believe it will conquer any weather.
Yes the love in us is still alive.
Nurtured it will thrive.

Yet before us lies a new challenge.
One that’s left the scale unbalanced.
This challenge won’t get me down.
You and I will once again paint the town.

I want to fall in love with you all over again.
I want to drive from our hearts all the pain.
Yes we are both very different people.
As different as the cricket and the beetle.

So yes just as you are.
I want to explorer you like a mysterious new star.
Find your new inner beauty.
I believe it too, will drive me goofy.

Yes just as we are.
Let’s find love once again on this winding path.
Let’s waltz to the music.
And not dodge the arrows of Cupid.
