your heat knocks me off my feet and I can`t breathe
fear whispers in my ear
it`s all that I can hear
the deafening roar of a world without you
shakes me to a core that so few break into
but you feel so distant
though we`re coexistent
overcast skies dull all my colours, I fade
my progress all stalls and I turn retrograde
I found some beauty, but
your sharp edges can cut
the void within me is in the shape of you
and a little girl appears out of the blue
fighting the urge to flee
whispers, "please don`t leave me" [comments] => 1 [counter] => 61 [topic] => 32 [informant] => MoonlitAngel [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => SadPoetry ) Your Poetry Dot Com - Coexistent
