We
Yes we,
You and I
Two simple clumps of atoms
Drifting on and on
And on and on and by
We,
Yes we,
Simply you and me
Two lovely lumps of life
Passing through a stay
In a lovely stretch of galaxy
No need
For helplessness
Or even insignificance
Instead
Be humble,
Modest and grateful
Without
Meaning of life
Cast free the chains of strife
Relax
Empty your chest
Release your held-in breath
Prevent
Succumbing to fear
Of an inevitable death
We
Yes we,
Can live a life of luxury
Desist
And resist
Materialistic worldly things
Remember
That we are
Two lovely glowing embers!
Yes We!
