She throws them well

I was running when...
You took the shot
Scraped knees and broken heart
You watched me fall
It was within the night that you had forsaken my hand
Left me at bay with all my devices
Old wind up radio grasping to play our song
We spin and spin while the stations slowly fade
This busted speaker I called my heart
Plays distorted beats
Old games between the sheets
Run my fingers down the silhouette of your back
As the blurred lines of you fade away
This makes it hard to love you
You keep telling me to stay
In my ears I see you're never coming back
The old you has gone away
This spitting venom from behind
Is soaking our once dreamed lives
I have no space for negative lines
Prison full from all your crimes
If only you can see the knife in your words
Would you toss them so well?
