Date: Friday, 9th May 2014 @ 12:52:14 AM AEST Topic: Sad Poetry Contributed By: TheDreamer The smile hasn't left my face yet, The words still ring in mind, I always count the good things I get, And of the best of things to happen to me recently, This isn't far behind, I was given something wonderful today, Something others take for granted, Some might get it and go about their day, But I for one am absolutely grateful, Grateful for the gift that I've been handed, It might seem crazy that a little thing can be so splendid, But somebody told me to have a nice day today, And I think they actually meant it.
