"Come Here" she says
With great poise
I sit on her lap
She embraces me
A soft kiss on the cheek
Shows her Love for me
As I get down
To walk away
I then glance back
To see a smile on her face
She calls me in
To take a nap
Tucks me in
With a gentle pat
She tells me often
"My Baby Girl"
And ends it with
"You Are My World"
Now she's resting
In the Heavens above
Always watching
She is my dove
Pure in heart
Body is whole
Amazing Grace
She's finally home

I can still hear her gentle voice
"Come Here" she says

I sit on her lap
She embraces me
A soft kiss on the cheek
Shows her Love for me
As I get down

To see a smile on her face

Tucks me in
With a gentle pat
She tells me often

And ends it with
"You Are My World"
Now she's resting
In the Heavens above
Always watching
She is my dove
Pure in heart
Body is whole
Amazing Grace
She's finally home
