Hello, hello
How do you do?
Goodbye, goodbye
Where are you runnin' to?
They wave hello
They're really waving goodbye
Funny how you think something is real
Funny how you think when you can finally start to feel
You never realize how much it hurts to hurt
Until you've finally gotten a taste of joy
Hello, hello
How do you do?
Goodbye, goodbye
Where are you runnin' to?
They wave hello
They're really waving goodbye
The past is laughing in my face
So many things that can't be erased
The ghosts are dancing on my walls
But memories are just that, afterall
Hello, hello
How do you do?
Goodbye, goodbye
Where are you runnin' to?
They wave hello
They're really waving goodbye
They're always waving goodbye
