Down falls the rain, For you I was your flame I lost while in the game, I made a mistake It’s me to blame Their eyes at me, I’m so ashamed. Our love was the sunset I let fade away Lightning strikes, and here I am today, On comes the thunder “I’m sorry” to my lover, As soon as forever’s through That’s when I’ll truly be over you. So wait for the rainbow to shine Its my apology for my unthinkable crime. You’re done with the heart ache She came and took my place, I made a mistake What else could I say?
