Searching for Love

I'm just trying to fill this
gaping hole that's in my chest
I'm just trying to find a shoulder
Where I can lay my head to rest
I'm so empty inside
I can feel the darkness, it's rising
My lip trembles
I can hear my heart crying
I am just searching for love
I let him inside my head
I open up my heart
I let him love my body
In hopes of finding love
He explores my skin
Tastes my perfume on his tongue
Limbs tangled
In that moment we are one
I am just searching for love
He whispers in my ear
I trace circles on his back
He swears that he wont do it
But he disappears just like that
Another one gone
Left me used and alone
This isn't the first time that I
let this happen to me
While I was just searching for love
