THE LOVE CYCLE

You and I and them and they
Shall someday have to pass away.
But when life fades and is gone,
The love that we’ve shared
Will forever go on.
Through this life let’s wander,
Walking hand in hand, in love.
No gift is as great of a treasure,
For love comes to us from above!
One time just a newborn babe,
Who to the world was just a stranger.
He left a palace and throne above,
To be born in a damp musky manger!
As a boy He astonished His elders.
As a man He enraged many kings.
But since He became our Savior,
Angels continually sing!
We were born as babes as He was.
As children we quickly will grow.
When we come to our end in the future,
Shall we know Him as He is now Known?
