Into the depths go my pain, sorrows, and fear
While on the outside, false emotions readily appear
It isnt of mine, these emotions of the false kind
but merely a mask given to me to hide behind
For years I tricked others to believe
That this mask would soon pain relieve
However it would become abundantly clear
That there would be no escaping its ever-looming leer

My mind now fighting on all fronts
I begin to fend off thoughts as if they were grunts
Day in and Night out
My mind with peace goes without..
My demeanor suffers, My nerves shot
My heart torn, and my temper red hot
Did I really think I could hold myself back?
Is strength indeed what I truly lack?

Never you mind, Never you fear
Your pain will ebb, your aches will heal
Your body will rest, your being will breathe
I'm telling you now, I'm not here to decieve
Like hell you're not, Ive heard it before
Youre always spouting, just a lil more..
And look where it's gotten me, look at me today
These pains and fears never went away..
