Burning through my skin
It’s like a force field
Nothing goes out and nothing goes in

A strange feeling
it may be
A feeling
Of someone controlling me

Negative energy
Because it makes me feel so bad
This is a feeling
One that makes me sad

I think my soul
Is trying to say something to me
Perhaps I am too negative
Therefore it wants to flee.

We all have our ups and downs
Wondering what we should do
Times like this can be emotional
And I share them with you

I feel the heat from my soul
Burning through my skin
It’s like a force field
