..........................................
I breathed her in, and lost myself
in her mystery." -Unknown
..........................................

I've said too much -
I've crossed that line,
And she knows
Just what
This heart of mine
Is feeling
When I hold her
Close to me.
Is it that easy
To see?

I haven't kept
My secrets, no.
For she shines inside
With such a glow
My heart skips a beat
Or three,
And in all those things
That she does to me
When I'm unprepared.
Yet, she's so
Beautiful,
That I don't care.

She is the rainbow
In the mist,
The soft warmth
Of Autumns kiss.
She is the songbird
In the glade
That longs to
Share its serenade.
She is the flower
Burning bright,
And the sweet opus
Of twilight,
And there is magic
In the way
She is tonight.

I think I'm in too deep -
All hope is gone.
And I'm not sure
I can carry on
Without her here,
Without her near.

I don't know
Just what she did
To change this
Heart of mine.
She knows just
How I feel,
And what's on
My mind
When I look into
Her wild eyes,
And kiss those
Tender lips.

She came into my life
And made it sweeter
Than anything
I'd ever known before.
I never realized
Just how much I need her.
And every moment with her
Makes me want her
That much more.

Just to hold her.
Just to love her.
Just to touch her gentle smile.
And to hold her close against me
When we kiss.
I want to feel that strength within her
As the sunset fades to night.
She's the part of me
That I don't want to miss.

She is my sunrise
And my rain,
My summer breeze,
And breaths first kiss.
She's every star
That lights the sky
On such a perfect
Night as this.
She's the moonlight
On the river,
She's the sweetness
To my night.
She's that one
Perfect thing
That makes all the
Others right.
