When the Clouds Pass Over the Moon

When the clouds pass over the moon, you’d have to blink twice to see the things I do.
My world adjusts to fairytales and my wonderlands come true.
Water pops up off the ground and raindrops become my stars.
And people look like aliens in their flying upside down cars.
The streets all serve as wallpaper and you catch a cloud if you need a ride,
And houses are meant for playing in but everyone sleeps outside.
Where good deeds sing in the air, to remind you how good you’ve been
And the shadows make faces just to show you what kind mood I’m in.
Where words are just whispers to my thoughts, my ideas scream louder than my voice ever will
Because fighting never gets you anywhere in a world where everyone’s a lovers still.
It’s a world you just can’t imagine, until my eyes you’ve seen it thru
Cuz when the clouds pass over the moon, you’d have to blink twice to see the things I do.
