[hometext] => Don't believe everything you think... or everything you see
[bodytext] => Seeing's not believing, knowing doesn't mean you understand
We all want the truth but in this pursuit we're left with out heads in the sand
Knowledge can be a distraction like a pair of tricky hands
It's trading a lie for another to stand in this land of the holograms
Where sight's a projection of what we want to see
And symbols mock perfection in a flawed subjective reality
Is my blue your red, my selection your malady, my hatred your geniality?
Drop all misconception, not knowing's what we know in totality
We argue about the best like Nas, Big or Pac
While we twirl through outerspace as specks clinging to a rock
With no change ideas are wasted like a key without a lock
It's hard to find meaning when you're chained to your block
