To take a soul and turn a heart cold
To grip your heart and rip it apart

Feel the blood that stains your soul
As it drips to the ground the world comes down
There’s freedom in love but it’s not to be found

Resolutely you stand with a smile of grace
But inside your heart your life is disgrace
Forever lost from love with your hate

What was the change where did it go
When did this hate begin to grow
Now demons of old consume your soul

The gates open wide but its not your choice
Condemned to hell your soul can rejoice
Released from the anguish and suffering you faced
Freed from the life you were forced to waste
