I've awaited the gentle touch of your thoughts
on my name.
Soothing my soul to a content existence.
You've touched a reality that has never
surfaced.
I've awaited the gentle touch of your breath
on my ears.
Tickling my awareness to a level of certainty.
You've painted a cosmos of surreal colors.
Landscapes of possibilities open before me.
Running through my soul and stirring awake
the dead spots.
You've helped build the glory I'm becoming.
I've awaited the power of your hand in mine.
Sealing this bond that we've begun.
You've helped step us into the beyond.
