He shall be as blood
Everywhere that life is,
Working silent ministering unseen.
Wraithful & loathsome
In ancient trade of
____________ eternal themes.

Unnoticed except in valour
To live what must be dreams,
To fight what fear will kill
For others to lose, the heroic imbecile.
A clown consumed in Romany fire
A knight with staff a wilted flower,
The thorns of crowns a meal.

Creation is beauty rediscovered,
Refractions
Quest for perspective. ***** in the sea.
Shadows of solitude
Pall of dreams for the restless
Mooning nite river suspended,
Your value lies only in the shallow mirror
Self-guilded
Hung,
Preciously framed.

The Narcissus of humanity
The mere image of life,
_______ the grotesque
In love with pain & emptyness,
The predator insatiate
Cannibal rituals potentate.
Miserable pinched
Howling & feasting alone
On self & civilisation,
The two fold hells of city gates.
