She lives in a glass world.
It is all her own.
For she lives there alone.
She moves through life in a bit of a daze.
Each decision, one she herself has not made.
Her beliefs and experiences, all bogus tales.
Too afraid to try for fear she might fail.
If you have no hopes or dreams, they cannot be crushed.
If you speek no words, you can never be hushed.
Her biggest fear is for a stone to be cast.
For even the smallest could send her world tumbling fast.
No way out.
Too many sharp pieces.
Any thought of escape in her mind ceases.
So fragile that she could so easily crack.
Built that wall up so high.
Now there's no turning back. I know a transparent girl.
