I regret you.

chrysalid of quiet parterre

va-de me-cum. . .

your symptoms encompassing mine

inelegant

they camouflage.

paraozysm

simplified

& so the mind-trap. . . titans

until I cannot be alone. . .

become the hushed

because the hush

(the lack of your voice, trembling)

does haunt & gyve

until my drums, impervious to shrill

become a blackness unto themselves

an endless.

stunning.

stifling my. . .

hyphenated only by breaths

isometeric (heart) beats

& wincing notes

of naught. . .
