Never thought that this is the way she’d react.
A heart…now a giant whole.
An empty body with no soul.
A walking corpse
That, with time, will eventually warp.
A broken spirit with no mind—
She thought he was the best she’d ever find.
But she was wrong.
And because of him, she is no longer strong.
Trying to find her place again in this world;
Sick of watching her own blood being swirled.
He left such a big impact, and never knew it.
But if he were to look at this girl now, even he could admit:
She is broken
And at times, hidden.
But she is growing
And there is less and less acting.
She may be broken,
And the real her may be hidden,
But she now knows how to live.
She is willing to forgive
As long as you don’t make her relive
That awful time
That she speaks about in this rhyme.

He left such a big impact.
