Where was god when the
Pain wouldn’t go away.
When it’s all we could
Do to come out and play.
Where is god when they
Treat us wrong.
Makes us feel like we
Will never belong.
Where was god when our
Hearts were shattered.
And it was all we could
Do to keep from being battered.
We are the pure
When life don’t have the cure.
I ask you this my friend
Where was god when
When you make us feel so odd.
Where was god?

Where Was God

Where was god when the
Pain wouldn’t go away.
