Your Poetry Dot Com - The Feeling of Hate

i feel it taking its course
through every inch of my body,
tighening my muscles and choking my vains.
slowly. i hate it .
it hurts so bad.
like numbing... tight numbing.
body part by body part.
starting in the fingers, to the hands,
wrists,
arms,
shoulders,
upper back and chest,
lower back
when it gets most painful.
then skips a bit to tightening my calf muscles
and stiffening my toes.
the whole time clenching your teeth
when your jaw starts to lock
beating long nails
into thin hands to feel the pain
it's all i want to feel
violence comes next
i restrain
for now
for a while
but it hurts
but it kills
like i want to.
but i can't
i won't
i'm stronger than that.
