Heart Break

I love you
but loathe you
Does that make any
sense at all?
Breathing your air is
toxic.
Trusting in you
only led to a heart
broken so badly
sadly reduced
to a mere
pumping organ
Meaningless chambers
just doing the normal
routine.
Atria and Ventricles
they feel hollow
although a pulse
I do possess..
