Can't bring myself to feel
These ramifications
The things you steal

These shallow things
You want to control
That you have traded
Up for your soul

Don't have to let go
Never had a hold
Having no interest
In what's bought or sold

Unparalleled confusion
If you stopped to think
You'd cease to function
In this map of links

Still, I think that I should
Have a reaction
Some plan of action

In the face of your events
Put up more of a fight
Against your accidents

But I'm tired of recall
I'm tired of the fall
I'm tired of caring
I just can't care
Anymore

The grand elusion
Letting it all go
The moment of zen
At the end of the throe
