Well I guess I'll never know how you feel
Because I can never tell you how I feel
This heart has never felt so much love for anyone
This mind has never been so frustrated
So frustrated that I can never speak a word to you

I just want someone to tell me,
Why is it so hard to speak a word to you
And to tell me why I get struck by lightning whenever our eyes make contact
And someone please just tell me
Why I keep thinking you could actually love me
When I know, it would never work

I've never really known what I wanted from life
I've always thought about it since I was 9
But now that I've thought long and hard
I've found that there's only two things I really want from life
All I really want is the best cappuccino ever made and you

And I want someone to tell me,
What makes it impossible to be me when you're near
And to tell me why your eyes stun me when I'm going anywhere
Well can anyone just tell me,
Why I keep going on and on about you
When I know it's just making them all sick
