The cool winds blowing softly,
Begging me to come home,
The raindrops falling softly,
Chilling me to the bone,

I'm lost in all the darkness,
Trying not to drowned,
I'm burning in the blackness,
What's lost is never found,

The mountains tower above,
There promises are lies,
This beauty reaks of love,
A truth that never dies,

Alone I stand to ponder,
Emptied of all but me,
The angels stare in wonder,
At what I do not see,

She was all I had,
All I hoped that could be true,
The obsession drove me mad,
I fell in love with you,

I ran from all the pain,
And while I was gone you died,
My soul is left with a stain,
To you I shouldn't of lies,

Alone I've lost it all,
There's pain that you can't see,
Now summers turning fall,
Alone without you im free.
