To a distant place I’ve never been before
I could leave this world
I could follow you like oceans to the shore
You could take me there
Make the currents of my mind flow to my dreams
Your the rhyme, your the reason
The most beautiful part of every season
The air, the trees
All the rivers that meet the seas
In the most beautiful way you embody me
And yes I know
Why the wind does blow
It blows just to touch you
You represent what's true
I drained the color from the sky
And turned blue without you
Ever since you went away
After swearing we would never part
There was nothing I could say
Who could talk with a broken heart
And when I think of you, I don't feel regret
Just a broken heart and a kiss I can't forget
And every morning I awake
From another dream of you
And I wonder if somewhere you might be dreaming of me too
Cuz it's hard to put in words how much i miss you
I just hope you know I truly do
Still feeling you with me everywhere I go
Whispering to my heart...
In the gentle winds that blow.
