A part of me dies.
When the tears fall down your face,
I will embrace you in my arms.
I will tell that it is okay to cry,
And that to me you don't have to lie.
You can tell me the truth,
And I will help you through.
Whenever you need me,
All you have to to is call my name,
And I will be there before your first tear,
Can even leave your face.
I will hold you tight,
And together we will remember,
All the good times.
Once I bring a smile to you your face,
And hear your gentle laugh,
I will know that it is okay to part,
Form your window, in the dark.
I leave you again tonight,
With hope and light,

When I see you cry,
A part of me dies.

Such a soft whisper of words.. you speak so tender in this poem.. so caring.. very beautiful here. I like your writing style.. your words.. very, very nicely written.. Lovely title too... this poem shows a lot of love and trust in it.. hugs raquelLeah
