Has rested its claim in my mind
I've learned to rest my cases
Before I get wasted from pains of time
Passed over the hate and instead took curiosity
That will lead me to every land I've never been to
The time in my hour glass of life has hit a stand still
I will visit every feeling that my heart never gave into
My hands of time rotate backwards like a worn out grandfather
But only for me, and only for this second, and I can't look back
My mind is spinning, tilted, from its new found control
Playing tricks is its only game, and it knocks my face out of whack
I can feel the wind blow on my envy
But it's already gotten to, and eroded my greed
The wind has always been a saviour, but no more then now
It's washed away everything I hated, replaced it with my needs
And now I can breathe again [comments] => 2 [counter] => 183 [topic] => 19 [informant] => ChristopherFriedrich [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 5 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => InspirationalPoems )

Very interesting poem. The title is very catching. Your rhyme is very unobtrusive to the flow, and is not in any way forced.
