And a leaf falls from the sky
I look up and i see
A lovely butterfly

I reach down to get my net
To catch your lovely scent
My net i do swing
So gently so i dont break your wings

When i woke up today
I went to see how you were
You had withered all away
Only pieces of what you were before

I'm sorry for what i did
I didnt mean to do you harm
Everytime i see what i want
I pin it down and take a chance
Then it filters all away
Then it leaves all away
Untill our next dance

I will never forget you
I'll remember you for you
Seeing all that you have done
An everlasting impression

For we will meet again
When life has fallen
I will no longer take a chance
We will have our next dance

For i will see you again
Better than you were before
Now life won't ever end
What now do we have in store. [comments] => 4 [counter] => 226 [topic] => 74 [informant] => kayden [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => surreal )

well i think the leaf turning into a butterfly symbolizes that things arent what they seem. i think the overall point was that you kept it o locked up it died, im guessing a love or something? but that you know oyu'll have another chance and you'll wait for it? i think it was well written and interesting. you did a great job. keep up the great work.
