To My Husband

I wish you were with me to hold me as I am weeping,
I long for your love,
And to feel my heart race,
I wish I could see your face,
And look deep into your eyes,
I long for your touch, no one but you will do, for The Lord chose you,
I will not love again until I find you, My Husband,
Lord send him to me soon,
I don't think I will be strong enough to bear life without him much longer.

WELCOME TO YPDC dear, I'm so glad you are here to among us, and perhaps you might find a nice husband right here. I certainly hope you will. One that will love you dearly, one that you can thrill, one that will fit your bill of good husband.
Warm love

The beautiful Quenya welcomes my eyes into the poem. Methinks, though, it should be in italics, to distinguish it from English (and just because italics look nicer for Elvish "A, lintulinda lasselanta...".)

A beautiful and sad piece. May the road rise up.

Andrew

About the structure: I do not know if you intend it but you have a very anti prose structure about your poems, I can not help but to create music in my head to sing along with your poems.

About the poem: The Lord knows when you will need him the most, and that will be the time he will arrive. Knights in shining armor always have a way of being punctual when the Lord is their light.
