All the years i've had simply to end it all

Everytime i woke up i was still here
There was obviously a reason i just couldn't disappear

A reason i can't yet understand
Or a reason i refuse
What is that reason? Why do i always lose?

I just want to go to sleep to never wake up again
Is it really that bad to wish for the end?

I'm here not going anywhere
I'm here but who says i have to care?

I wish i could just wake up and the pain would be gone
I wish it would end but it just keeps on

My life is miserable without a doubt
I just need an escape... a way out

Maybe i can take a knife and do it the old fashioned way
Or take a couple pills and sleep my life away

Every night the end seems so near
But every morning i wake up.. i'm still here

If there really is a purpose for me
Show it to me... let me see
Give me a reason to live again
Make this pain end

All the pain i feel and all the tears that fall
All the years i've had simply to end it all

Hey, Wow I love this poem! I can relate to it so well! its like you came into my mind lol ^_^ I loved the ending very much and this part:

I don't know what I like about it, I guess it just kinda goes with the flow I really like it lol ^_^ well all and all GREAT WRITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this is a great poem, and i can totally relate. my friend(?) said when i asked him, why god killed my friend and not me. he said the world needs me. but, yeah, how? i can relate. everyday, i want to end. but, hey, we all have to be strong. ending our lives is soo weak. all of us who could let go have to be able to hold on or this world is screwed. if everyone who felt like this killed themselves, 3/4 of the world would be gone and then the 1/4 remaining would feel like the others and kill themselves. so be strong, even if you are alone or not. i survived the death of a close friend this year (were only 14/15) and i refused help from others... but i survived. please be strong and try to make things better. hope it works out!!!
