yet its muscle feels hard and I feel cold;
This skin with its fresh and fragrant smell
feels new yet to my touch it is old;
These eyes with their brilliant and starry
gleam show signs of new found desire;
But my sight is fiery red with rage
that seems to burning for something to admire;
My bones ache with growth of new strength
that swells within my expanding flesh;
Surging with an agony to be freed from
this carcass to expand and be re-dressed;
This heart that once beat within my chest
so cold now slows with each second I breathe;
My skin that was once fragrant and fresh
in its smell now black and starting to bleed;
My eyes no longer brilliant and gleaming
with desire for now they are dead and dried;
What was once my body on the verge of a life
now left to this swelling from inside;
A metamorphosis has taken over my body
and fed upon my soul for this transformation;
And the thing that I have now become has
grown brutal and dark in my ressurection. This heart within my chest beats
yet its muscle feels hard and I feel cold;
