crimson red, engulfing light
eating ashes, burning souls
devouring lies, truths untold
capturing darkness, strenthful power
guiding all those with burning desire
a flame of brillance, justified
rebelling water, eating lives
dazzeling beauty, entrances the eye
enticing all those who dare to fly
wings of passion, scalding hot
follows livers, leaves those to rot
burnt stenchful flavor, lingering salt
cold, hard, unloving, fire is not
spirited youth, thou burns aside
killing trapped spirits, letting those die
freeing the anger, the hate within
slowly engulfing, those with their sins
a constant reminder that it's touch will burn
showing us reason, irrational turns

Fire, Fire, burning bright
crimson red, engulfing light

Wow girl this was a really good write and I’m glad I took the time to look at your work. This poem says so much so fast and really flows with a great choice of words. Take care and know you’ve found a new friend online and if you ever need to talk just hit me up….Steve

Wow, this was good, capturing such an essence of more than just fire. You got my 5 star vote. Poem was... enticing... you just had to keep reading it to see what you would say next. Great stuff.
