You know that it makes sense.

Give all my stuff to the poor,
and burn all the pictures of me.

Sorry for all I’ve done,
I won't get in your way.
and by the time you read this,
On my death bed I’ll lay.

This is such a sad write, im glad that your mother doesn't feel this way towards you and i really hope you don't feel this low about yourself....it's a very deep dark poem my friend, and to throw away a human body like this as you described in your poem reminds me of how my love was tossed and it hurts deeply.....that's what that reminded me of......this poem truly brought heavy tears to my eyes....

this is a good very emotional poem, i'm glad you put in that it's a cowardly thing to do thou because that is excatly what it is...and i've felt that low before..and it's not good..i've aactually tryed twice and i tell from exsprince that there is always was around problems..trust me...heh..i'm still here right..well that just proves my point..*winks*
