I immediately put those thoughts,
Out of my head.

And pretend they don’t exist.

Because as happy as I am with you now,
They might as well not exist.
I spend more time with you or talking to you
Than I spend eating, and sleeping together.

Pain just doesn’t exist in my life anymore.
And I’m not about to go make any space for it.
I don’t need it.
I hate it.
And it is not a part of my life anymore.
Thank you for helping me make that statement
Come true.

And thank you for being the foundation
Of my happiness.

I love you for that
As well as for everything else about you.

So the next time you’re upset
Because someone gave you a hard time,
Or because something didn’t
Go exactly the way you planned.
All you have to think about is,
The fact that pain doesn’t exist anymore.
And if that doesn’t make you feel better,
Then call me,

Don't Exist

When I think of how much it hurt.
To see you with everyone else,
Except me.

I immediately put those thoughts,
Out of my head.

And pretend they don’t exist.

i like this poem it is hard to find good happy poetry....most of mine is sad and this was a great poem
