I say"Gee yes you are clever!"
He says
"I can count to twenty twelve"
I say "Gee your clever my little boy!"
He says
"I can cut my own meat by myself!"
I say "Wow that is clever!"
He says
with big eyes,
"I can tie my own shoes!"
I say," you are getting a big boy then!"
After awhile he enters this room again with a real big smile!
"I can cut my own hair now!"
I say....????
*looking at him with his fringe cut right off!!! On a slant [of course!] right near the top of his head!*

I said
"What a handsome boy you are!" But explained firmly...
to NEVER to do that again!
He looked in the mirror and screamed....
He sobbing says "put it back on mum please!" with thick hair in his hands....
Honestly how would you react?

I suppose it will grow but ...
wow arn't little boys ......cute!?

Inoc this is really cute. It made me giggle. Children are so innocent and sweet. A beautifully written piece of poetry. Well done
Hugs,
Sue

Really delightful write Inoc. Reminds me of my own little brother - oh many years ago,- all his pranks and tricks. He was an altar boy and in those days in Austria they cluthced heavy ropes and swang and swayed wide out and rammed into the entering worshippers
Loved it so.!
Elizabeth
