The dark has many secrets
It's never the same
And you take it for granite
At the end of the day

The moon rises,
Along with your greatest fear
Another night full of surprises
As the dawn of darkness is here

The love of the day
Seeing the dark as blasphemy
As its just another way
Saying it's evil and it should'nt be

The dark shines the light
For it is just the anti-day
And without it, you would be without your fright
Also being without your precious day
...
The sun starts to rise
But there is something different
The city is full of cries
As finally your evil will make a difference

But you can't tell
Because it's so bright you can't see
All you can do is scream and yell
Till the end of the day that you once called blasphemy
...
The Dawn of Darkness relieves your pain
For the light of day is now too bright
Although your fear now reigns
...
Because remember
Your afraid of the dark
...
