Your beautiful smile
Lights up your face
You move around
With poise and grace

This little boy
I call my own
Makes our house
Feel like a home

He brings such love
To his mother and me
Wrapped around his finger
We tend to be

Who could have thought?
That this little boy
Could bring us
Such incredible joy

Who cares?
If we have to step around toys
Who cares?
That he makes so much noise

Who cares?
That he demands all our time
Who cares?
That when he’s tired, he whines

That little boy
Is everything to me
Without him
Where would I be?

It is truly amazing how children can make us feel. I have a granddughter who lights up my world. Beautifully put. Give that boy plenty of love and kisses. kiss him once for me. a

Doesn't being a parent just bring the truly important things in life into clear, sharp perspective? I think you meant poIse rather than pose in the first stanza, but you have a beautiful write here.

Jeff..you amaze me with these writes about Chris... He sounds so very cute... and I am sure he is every bit of a handful....but so loved by his Mom and Dad....
Hugs to Mr. Beautiful...
