My previous best friend,
treated me like dirt,
leaving me with heartache,
leaving me with hurt.
That was until she needed me,
but not you,
you did not.
You are always there,
no matter where I am,

Sweet write. It made me smile. My best friend lives 6,000 miles away. Your poem made me think of her. :-)
