i think this describes my parents divorce perfectly

i live in two houses, in a broken home...
both in the same town on Emotional Road
the anger just drains out, but where does it go?
i get to taste how two enemies roll
allow me to space out and leave where i am
i'm ordered to choose sides but don't think i can
you say to stay neutral, but don't understand
if you love others equal, then you become bad
so me being home doesn't happen that often...
i hate my parents when they wish the other a coffin
i know that i've hardened, but they say that i've softened
maybe cuz between the two i always feel so exhausted
i need for a timeout, one to just lie down
i need to catch my breath before i scream or i cry out
i'm under so much stress that it seems that i've died out
and i am so depressed that i am bleeding inside out
so now you can see into the life that i lead...
when i look at writing, i see a way to relieve
through all this fighting and the words that i weave
i feel that i've found peace, you wouldn't believe [comments] => 4 [counter] => 198 [topic] => 48 [informant] => b_rand [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 10 [ratings] => 2 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => EmotionalPoetry )

That's actually an arab expression lol.
Fantastic write, perfectly expressed feelings without revealing too much ;)
Hope everything's okay and keep that ink flowing!

I can relate to some of these feelings. The words you used to describe this were really beautiful and they created the poem perfectly. It was very powerful. Great write.
